Good rates! Great programs! I just locked in a Stated Income, Stated Asset loan, a 95% purchase money loan, just one lien, 30 year fixed rate loan, at 5.75%.  C'mon, can it get any better than this? Yes, it can, the property was listed at way under value! $380,900 purchase, $409,000 appraisal. Very cool...
